Georges Simenon Lecture
Last night I went to a talk at the 86th street Barnes and Noble put on by the New York Review of Books. It was Luc Sante (who wrote Low Life, which was a major reference for me writing the Pterodactyl Hunters) and Norman Rush discussing Georges Simenon, one of my favorite mystery/crime novelists.
It was very interesting. I was sketching while they spoke.
